General tab contains common (general) information about chosen HDD.
Shown on the left side:
technical parameters
of HDD, such as capacity, logical cylinders, heads, and sectors per track current speed mode
of operation HDD (PIO, multiword DMA, UDMA&ldots;) supported HDD modes
of operation (only at Advanced mode)

Shown on the right side is the logo of the manufacturer of the HDD and
info about it:
If the logo of HDD manufacturer doesn't exist
in the SIGuardian database you'll see a text message. In this case, please
report
model of your HDD to PalickSoft.
